I went to Le Beaute, Burwood hair salon for a second try. My first experience was a couple of years back and not the best customer service although they got the job done. This second experience would be my LAST ONE. I have never seen such shocking customer service in all my life! There was no hellos, no introductions, no hair consultation and no friendly treatment during the whole service. My hair was pulled and tugged whilst washing, combing and blow-drying. I was in pain and the hairdresser just sighed and spoke in a foreign tongue to her colleagues. There was 0 conversation and 0 comfort. I received negative feedback about my hair with no supportive advice, only negativity. I wish I could NAME this particular hairdresser but she did not say her name or even ask for mine just to REPEAT how bad of a service I had experienced!! The owner of this salon needs to have a work discussion about customer service and bad attitudes otherwise no customer will ever enter this store again. Please check other reviews against mine to hear other terrible experiences.

Previously had a bad experience, however spoke with manager and situation was resolved.nRecently went back, new staff are wonderful.nLove my new cut and colour.nAlso brought my young daughter in for a treatment and cut. Staff were so good with her.nWe'll definitely be coming back ud83dude0a

THIS SALON SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. Have to be the worst and the most dodgy hair salon I have ever been to. Rude staff, especially the owner. She was very dodgy with their pricing. The brochure stated a different price and at the end of the treatment she quoted double the price. She was also on her phone through out the whole process of my hair treatment, speaking loudly in Arabic. (I thought that was very unprofessional) She was also busy with other customers and left me with the keratin product on my hair for more than an hour. My hair was mildly frizzy prior to my visit but after getting the keratin treatment from here, chunks of my hair started falling out and it became horrendously frizzy to the point where I had to cut it all off. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, PEOPLE!
