Disgraceful! Ruined my daughter hair. After I clearly gave instructions on what I wanted the lady went and didn’t understand or listen and cut her hair in a way that it will take months to get better. I complained and said they ruined her hair and they made me pay for it.nAvoid them. They can’t cut hair to kids especially girls!!!!!

They made me feel terrible. The end result was good but they spoke in a different language between themselves the whole time - looking at my hair & muttering, smirking and chuckling at me. It was awful. I almost walked out. I’ll not be back, it was a horrible experience.
