Zero customer service skills. Abused my wife when she asked told them she would buy a brand they were out of stock of elsewhere. Claimed she wasn't supporting local business and bullied her (his own words) into buying another brand. Spoke to him on the phone and was told to shut up and listen. Never had an experience this poor in my life. Pharmacists are meant to care about thier customers and community.
