Called recently looking to make an appointment to bleach and colour my hair. When I called the number listed, I was answered and asked “how did I get this number”? I mentioned this was the number listed on the public page. She said she was too busy to talk as she had 2 clients but would call me back within the hour. A week later and nothing. Quite disappointing considering the amazing quality of the work.
