If you like a salon quality cut with a personal touch, Arthur's your guy. I have been seeing him for 3 years now. He always makes me feel so relaxed and comfortable knowing that at the end my hair will look fab as always. Friends from out of town make a point of seeing him when they visit, he's that good.
