One star is even too much for this company. They have been the official photographers of the citizenship ceremony held in Little Bay on the 13th of September. The quality of the phot is just disgusting. Moreover, when contacting them on the phone for expediting the delivery of the digital picture since I already made they payment, they where rude, told me I had to wait and just hang up on me. I cannot understand how the council could allow such unprofessional people to be official photographers of such an event, where hundreds of people would want a good memory of that day.
Their website is not secure and has been hacked. Beware buying prints off their website and d not use your credit card details.
Very unprofessional; The photographer was very grumpy and annoying about how photos were taken. we cannot access photos on their website as it is outdated and unclear. Plus they failed to upload my school's formal photos. I looked at other schools and they have placed ugly watermarks across photos. Plus they charge 25 for a digital copy. Not happy at all.
We pay $250 for their service and all is well until afterwards... you go onto their website to view the photos they took at the event to find a disgusting green watermark upon every photo at a very small resolution. And in order to receive a copy that doesn't have a stupid watermark and is of its original size you have to pay an extra 25 Dollars for a digital file. What kind of company provides a totally profit focused service like this? This company. Real event photographers have a set price and then after the event they usually upload the photos on Facebook or their own website to be downloaded for free.nTheir website is also prehistoric, looks like a site made in 2005.nWe've been left very unsatisfied and We Most DEFINITELY will not be using your services in the future.nnNo thankyou
