Great local medical centre, the doctors are friendly and the practice is bulk billed.

Went to see the GP about my swelling around my ankle not healing. The GP didn't bother to even ask to see my ankle and told me a sprain will take up to 8 weeks to heal. No wonder people try and self diagnose from Google when the GPs dont care. Disappointed to say the least. Will go elsewhere.

Dr Jasmine is absolutely amazing. Listens to your concerns, very knowledgeable and kind. Easy to talk to with amazing bedside manner. As someone who has been “GP shopping” around the area for a very long time, I am happy to say that I have finally found my new GP! Highly recommend!

I had just moved to the area, and needed a new local Gp. I was first sceptical to come to Waterhall - it had just opened at that time. Every staff member is welcoming and professional. I have had Dr Jasmine and Dr Frans who both have been super caring, friendly and altogether professional. 100 % reccommend :)

Expected much much more given the good reviews. I thought it necessary even professional for your doctor ask and follow up on how you are doing with the life changing decisions and improvements you’ve made. That mixed in with several other situations, certainly made me feel like an insignificant number rather than a patient. I was the one who successfully Diagnosed a condition I had, not the doctor. I wasn’t happy with the medication that I had been prescribed, but my concerns fell on deaf ears. I took an extra star off for when I called the practice and politely asked them to stop sending me a message to come in for some test results as I was not too happy with the service I’d received over the last year or so and have soured another doctor and practice. The only response I got was that they’d take me off the system, hence my motivation and need for voicing my dissatisfaction and disappointment.
