From the very start, Reception is warm and welcoming. The front desk staff are very helpful and Siva Gounder is a professional, yet caring man who is interested in how you are and what YOU want, not what is necessarily manadated weight wise. Everything is there for you - the Nutritionists are lovely and will help you in any way they can with dietry requirements and well being, and there is also Psychiatric counselling if you need. This is the best decision I've ever made! I have no regrets whatsoever.
