Got told that it was "normal" for the doctor i was seeing to be "late" by the receptionist, my appointment was 1 hour and a half late... whats the point of having appointment times if they don't stick to them? Would not recommend this surgery to anyone.

I booked a 4.20 appointment. It was 4.55 by the time Dr Niven got around to seeing me. I had a few repeat scripts I needed and a couple of questions to ask. I then requested a letter for my workplace to which she requested I book another appointment for. I asked why, she said because it is 5.10 and too late. I replied that my appointment was for 4.20 and I was here at 4.20. I asked how long it would take to write the note, she said around 5 minutes. She then said it was my fault for booking a 10 minute appointment and using up my 10 minutes for other things. Not much I could say to that. I had to take time off work to get here for this appointment which was mainly to get the letter. I asked her to email me the letter and she replied that I had to book another appointment. I can't take any any more time off work as I'm new to my role. Disappointed to experience this. It took longer to have the conversation about the letter than it would have taken to write a letter. I highly suspect this clinic is just making sure you come back and pay extra. Easy if you're not working. Not so if you're working - not that they care. I suppose this is what one should expect in a bulk billed clinic - rushed disconnected doctors.

Very Friendly ladies on the phone and at the front desk always welcoming. Have seen both Dr Ali and Dr Nisirene at separate occasions and both have been happy and helpful. I never wait long, its fantastic. I can recommend this practice. Thank you

Dr NISIRENE is very thorough in her examination, she makes sure you understand what you are being treated for. The receptionists are lovely. I would recommend this practice to any one - Excellent
