I have had nothing but appalling interactions with the receptionist she is very rude, nasty patronising. I'd get a new receptionist everyone I've spoke to calls her the dragon lady

This is not for Dr C as I’ve not been able to get in to see him after trying for 5 years. This is for the atrocious way the receptionists rudely and abruptly speak to you when you are trying to get information because hey, it’s just your child your concerned about so why would you expect some understanding and compassion. Disgusted with their attitudes.

Been coming here since my boy was 3 and it's been amazing and caring every time. 13 years now still going strong. Thanx Dr Christie and Staff.

Took my daughter to see Dr Christie today. What a lovely man who welcomed my daughter so well. Would thoroughly recommend to any parent. Lovely office staff who made us both feel welcome.

Terrible customer service! I emailed my sons referral 3 weeks ago, I haven't received a response at all! Tried calling yesterday, no answer, followed up with another email, no response! This is unnaceptable! It would be very courteous of the office to email or call acknowledging the receipt of my email and to let me know when I have an appointment for my son. Very disappointing!
