Second time this has happened, scheduled an appointment for a driver's medical and arrived early, waited around for half an hour after the scheduled time. Despite being half an hour late, no one could tell me how much further I'd have to wait or even if they'd be able to that day! What's the point of booking appointments? Absolute waste of my time.
