The people at the DC Centre are great and attend to your requirements. SHAME that the couriers WHO DO NOT knock at the front door and when they do they seem to RUN to get away. We are not crippled but you would almost need to be an athlete to get to the front door before they get out of the gate and are gone. This is now the second time we have had a delivery in the last two weeks and NO ONE has knocked at the door, there were cars in the driveway and my husband (as was the case this morning) was working in his office which is before you get to the front door and did not hear anyone knock even with his door open. Our two dogs alert you if anyone goes through the gate as they will be barking at the front door - but no barking at either time. Finally, why take things to the DC Centre as my wife does not drive, whereas the pervious courier was kind enough to take it to are Australia Post Shop which is a lot closer.
