This was the first time I had ever claimed warranty in my life. I needed my laptop fixed for uni and the staff at MSI were very understanding and helpful. I contacted Wayne and he was able to help me through every step of the process. He was very nice and friendly and it was an overall pleasure communicating with him. My laptop was repaired within a couple of business days so thank you to everyone at MSI! I highly recommend their products and their post sales customer service is wonderful! Thank you once again!

Francis and the team were so extremely helpful and quick to repair my laptop. They ran it through full tests and replaced parts within a day. Their customer service and knowledge base is amazing and I highly recommend a visit for your MSI needs! Francis did a great service for my graphics card. Some issues were due to non msi products but he still helped and I manager to get everything sorted and had great experience with him and the store multiple time. Highly recommend

Expected to have to wait for a week or so to get my msi motherboard repaired. But after checking my motherboard, which took about an hour. I was given a refurbished motherboard which was a better model than the one I was getting repaired. Great service and help.

Amazing support from the MSI AU team here. Like to thank Wayne personally as he helped me out greatly with my laptop issue. The repair service was very fast only taking about 2 weeks considering I’m in Western Australia.
