JB Hi-Fi Belrose Supa Centre

I purchased a Vornado heater online it arrived on time, but was obviously a repack and had been used or displayed. As per the support suggestion I rang my local store at Hornsby about this and what I should do. The staff member happily checked stock in all the stores near me to no avail but suggested I contact the Belrose store as they had a few of the next model up. Belrose no only upgraded me free of charge to the next model up... but did it all with a smile. Thank you JB Awesome service... plus all warm again now.

Yes I could buy things online, but instead I visited Belrose JB HiFi to buy a Samsung tablet and instead of searching for answers on my computer I had help from a wonderful and very knowledgeable woman who answered my questions and made the selection of the best device simple and easy. Great experience and happy customer.

Very helpful staff here, on returning a wi fi router that had gone faulty before the 12 month guarantee period, they replaced my faulty piece of apparatus with no fuss, thank you boys.

Beyond silly, overhyped under-educated sales staff who have no basic understanding of the technology they are attempting to sell. Made purchase at reasonable price regardless... so two stars awarded just for the pricing of gamepads and accessories.
