Great store with great prices. Although they may have limited stock with items (so if you're looking for specific items then here isn't the place), they offer good stock and decent customer service. Often, the workers are nice although they may judge beginners. You can also get free items included after you get a guitar which is cool.

Excellent local music store, specialising in guitars but have a lot more on offer as well.. Knowledgeable and friendly service, good prices. A local business well worth supporting.

This is my favourite place to buy all my guitar items. Staff are very helpful and friendly too. I recommend that you pop into their store and support local businesses.

I recently bought a hollow body electric guitar from Downtown Music. Service was friendly, attentive, and down to earth. As a left handed player, I especially appreciated the ‘leftorium’ - a dedicated room at the back of the store with a very wide selection of lefty instruments. I like to support retailers who understand and support diversity, so I will definitely be making another purchase from Downtown in the future.
