My experience with Cunningham Lindsay has been horriffic dealing with a rude and nasty case/staff member. Only after 18 months my claims have been approved via the ombudsman. Over approximately 18 months I have been told by my case manager to cancel the claims. Yesterday she was so abrupt and rude because i ended up selling the house a crazy spare of the moment decision as I couldn't cope with her rudeness and harrassment the claim for hail damage was destroying me. It was taking its toll on my mental health big time. I bet she purposely didnt record her call to me yeaterday. Im not canceling my claim for about the 18th time over the past 18 or so months no matter how much she bullys me and says stuff like well good luck with that. I have a mental health advocate and will now deal with this through the descrimination board and go back to the ombudsman. Stay clear of this company well one particular staff member anyway in canberra i believe or your end up suicidal and crazy sticking to your guns and then selling at a loss.
