Relatively cheap but uneven toning. I didn't notice it when I was in the salon due to lighting but when I got home..the front of my hair is grey but the side is brownud83dude2d. I'm now walking around with a grey patch on my hair and people been asking me if I've got grey hair, it's bad!nnMight be a little difficult to see from just photos but you can see how my fringe is basically grey and middle bit is brown..nnI was there for 5.5 hours and my only free day is Sunday, which means I have to wait until next Sunday to go there again to fix this or walk around for a week looking 10 years older than I was before this balayage.nnThe salon was crowded so I had to constantly move chairs and waited for a long time in between services. They didn't wipe chairs after each service, also no social distancing.nnI got a balayage and a hair cut done- was $300 in total which I think is reasonably priced but I wouldn't have gone here had I knew I'd have a grey patch after 5.5 hours.nnMy first hairdresser was very good at what she's doing but other staff members are not as good as her. She's really popular that other clients also had her did their hairs. As a result, she had to jump in between clients and my hair service took so long..nnMy hair was first toned by a red haired lady which but it was then toned again for the second time with a different staff, the second one wasn't great as the front of my hair is grey, I look like I've got a grey hair which is so ugly.nnI think while the price is acceptable, I don't think the service and quality is great. I feel that not all of their staff have equal level of skills. Don't go there for coloring

Friend of mine went there for a colour. She was fine when she was at the salon because obviously you can't see properly when they use salon lighting. She got home and her hair colour is blocky. What a joke. She paid $300 for her hair to look like a 4 year old did it.

Awesome people and quality service. They are more of a walk in salon and very busy, so don't rely on bookings. Rather be flexible and go in early.

Only giving 1 star bcos there is no 0 start. Friend went there, went home and her hair is GREY. How can someone go to a hair dresser and hair looks worse than before? What a joke

Well priced, not too long a wait for a haircut either. Done a really good job every time I've gone there.
