The Gentleman's Barber Gungahlin

I was referred by a friend to visit this barber I made the trip here to Gungahlin. When i got there another customer was already waiting inside. I got there at 9:58am. As i got in one of the guys told me to have a seat. I mentioned that i have a booking with Jeremy at 10am but no acknowledgement was made by Jeremy about the booking. Also the online booking price was $60 for Jeremy. Which i was happy to pay for but i was already in a hurry and wasn't going to wait another 30-40 mins for my turn when i should've been the first one as i booked at 10am which is when they first open. My hair cut experience was not the greatest as well as the picture i showed did not look like my final hair cut result at all. After careful inspection when i got home i realised only my left side burns were properly shaved whether the right hand side hand a patch still there. The left hand side was cut outwards making it look extremely hard to style and blend in when using hair products. I had to ask the Barber to fix it up which he happily did. This is definitely a bad experience considering it was my first time there referred from a friend. I hope they check on the booking system next time and if you guys do not use it any more please remove it online.nnAttached are the photos of my hair cut with the sample photo as well.

Brilliant cut. Great atmosphere.nI've been going here for a little over six months now. The guys are all brilliant. They have delivered exactly what I've asked for every time. It's very reasonably priced. There can be a bit of a wait on the weekend but it is well worth it. Keep up the good work!

The best barber I have been to in Canberra, very skilled staff and welcoming atmosphere.

Quite long wait time. Good if you like a well maintained cut not ideal for a quick barbershop trip.

Always great service and never disappointed in my sons cuts.
