Extremely helpful and patient with decisions.

This business only deals with their direct client, the builder, and no customer care was extended to their end customer, the residential owner of property. We had our aircon fitted by a subcontractor engaged by Harvey Norman commercial however the aircon failed to operate only to be found out later it was not fitted properly from leakage of refrigerant. Harvey Norman Commercial did not apologize or show sympathy for the stress and inconvenience we had to put up with for nearly a month. I am very disappointed with how they handle a situation like this.
