Terrible company, do not go near them. We booked a cruise for Christmas 2020 that got cancelled due to COVID. They offered a voucher OR money back. We chose money back and they said 8-10 weeks for refund. After 12 weeks we asked where it is and they said they needed the bank details again....and it would then be 8-10 weeks for the refund. Cheats and thieves. I will look up every affiliate of this company and review them badly and inform all my friends and everyone I know not to deal with any affiliate of this company.

The worst customer relations ever , took just under 6 mths from time of refund offer to receive it , kept getting the same story originally told 8 to 10 weeks due to the amount of refunds , but after that told tge same again , told they will send an email , very high staff turnover,, don't trust them I don't.

Poor service. They took my money over 12 thousand for a cruise, future travel vouchers and flights. Only offered Partial refund of 6400 for a 2020 cancelled cruise.nKEEP CALLING ME TO PUT MORE MONEY INTO THEIR HOLIDAY PROGRAM but can’t get my original money back.

Employees are numbers and high turnovers, products can be of quality but operate with a majority of clientele coming from the cold/ warm calling, you clicked a link to win a holiday and next minute you receive that not to be missed phone call.
