I had an issue that needed to be attended to and Francis Paule was very efficient, followed through on my query etc., it has now been resolved, he is very proactive and polite, I want to deal with him in the future.

Jodie O'Neill was our consultant for the cruise I booked for my son, his wife and their baby for both their 40th birthdays in June 2020. Jodie rated very highly in her delivery of customer service. I never felt pressured to book the cruise - she explained the process well. The process was delivered in a timely manner and she was able to reduce the costs initially quoted. We needed confirmation that a baby cot would be supplied and this was done. We have since taken out travel insurance thought Jodie.

I recently tried booking a cruise, but had difficulty.. I received an email from a very pleasant lady, Jodie O’Neill, to which she was so lovely n patient trying to help with two room bookings, one being a little more difficult with pricing but Jodie found away around the problem, to which was extremely satisfying for us all. Sara-Jane was my consultant. I had done the research and knew I I wanted but I called to book through Cruise as I had had such a great experience last time. Sara was great! Excited, friendly, lots of information and professional. Got me a an even better deal. Prompt and efficient service. No problems here!
