Had an amazing experience today at Elite hair! Total transparency with these girls. I came in with dark brown hair with a goal of going back to platinum blonde, and both Jacynta and Donna were so honest and open about what we could and couldn’t achieve. They definitely under promised and over delivered! My hair for a first go with the lightening looks amazing and is still in great condition. They were honest about the price and time frame and took me through each step. All the other girls who blow dried and washed my hair were so lovely too. Probably the best experience I’ve had at a hair salon so far (and I’ve been to my fair share, some where I’ve paid double the price for the same service which was no where near as good!)
I have been coming to Elite for just over a year now (after a hair scare at another salon!) and I am in love! They saved my hair and always make me feel so welcome every time I come in.
