I'd give zero stars if I could.nToday I brought a $340 straightener and tried to take it back the same day due to no longer needing the purchase and was told they cannot refund.nAbsolutely poor customer service and will never be shopping here again.

The ladies were welcoming and warm. My young niece had a shampoo and cut, they did everything they could to make her feel comfortable and did a great job on her hair cut
