Sally from Holiday International is super helpful. Due to the sudden change in the COVID-19 restriction, all the direct flights from Hong Kong to Melbourne are cancelled and later the international flights to Melbourne are banned in Feb 2021. Sally provided extraordinary excellent services and helped to search and change the flights several times. Finally I can return back to Melbourne. Without her help, I will still be stranded oversea.
Holiday International has been handling all my family's travel affairs professionally, promptly, and attentively. Takes so much off your mind so you can concentrate on other things. Great service.
