Absolutely amazing! As a customer who was quite anxious about parasailing, my nerves were completely at ease once on the boat. Nath was an absolute confident and brilliant captain and PK was an absolute hoot. Fantastic entertainment, fun exciting and highly recommended!! A wonderful experience. Staff are fun, friendly and fantastic. An awesome memorable experience. 10/10 ud83dudc4c

Definitely not the Complaining type, BUT !!!!,nThis was a special occasion. So here goes......nnPayed and confirmed Online for 11am.nTurned up and signed in at the requested 10.30am.nCame back at the requested time of 10.50, to be told that there was a mix up and to come back for our ride at 12.00. We were the only ones there, so assuming we got bumped back to fill the next boat....nnCame back at 12.00, Ride going well, Chris (captain) was good, then the boat broke down halfway through our ride and basically drove straight back to the pontoon, Chris did try and do the best he could on the way back.nOn return we received the free photos/video that we were promised due to the initial lost hour. But not any mention from anyone about the breakdown issue.nIt was not a very enjoyable time for myself and my son and his mate.nBeing a born and bred local as well, I would struggle to recommend that anyone else go and have the same experience.

We had a twin parasail experience today! It was incredible! Definitely recommend!nThe girl on reception and the two guys on the boat were lovely, really cruisey and chatty!
