I have a broken arm & sent a friend on my behalf to collect parcel. After showing them my bank card, Medicare card etc. wouldn’t allow my friend to take parcel. Asked if they wanted to speak to me over the phone & they said NO. Waste of time going to this post office.

How is anyone with a job supposed to pick things up, or drop parcels off if this place closes at 5pm??
