Australia Post

I drove here today to collect a parcel only to find out the post office is temporarily closed. For any other business this would make sense, because of the lockdown, but not for a post office. It takes a minute to update your opening hours on Google Maps guys. That one minute would save others a lot of time!

The opening times of this post office really don’t cater to the working part of society. They open in the morning after most people have gone to work and close before you come home. It’s a headache to pick up any parcels that have been sent there that couldn’t be delivered when no one was home.

The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Poor customer service and lack of knowledge in regards to lodging documentation. Went forwards and back several times when it could of been avoided if they had provided me with correct information.

Very handy location. Good range of products for a smallish size post office. I've been going here for years with no dramas at all, the staff are always helpful and most of the time smiling. Recommend for sure.
