I had my hair straightened after being referred to Upa. I left with beautiful straight hair but wouldn't know the result until I shampooed and blow dried my hair myself. 3 days later and my hair is straight, not frizzy and SO much easier to dry in the morning!nnMy stylist spent a lot of time deciding the best outcome for my hair during consultation and I am so happy and thankful to her. My long hair does not appear to be damaged, but is shiny and feels healthy. I am very happy with the result - I will be back in future.
Had a trim and fringe and the lovely Japanese lady took care of me. She made me feel comfortable and at ease. the Shampoo and blowdry were free too. During the process she had a professional and warm demeanor. Amazing service and reasonable price too. will be back definitely!

I had my Eyelash extensions done by Shiori who was lovely and did a great job. I have already rebooked for my infills. Note this is a small shop and as a non-local it was hard to find the location (there is 2 hours free parking in the centre).
