I don't know how the lady with the light hair calls herself a hairdresser. My kid was left with a hacked at looking head. It was disgraceful...even after showing her a picture of how I wanted it (basic boys cut).nI could have done a better job myself.nI have been here many times before but always get the tall guy....he does a decent job.nIt really depends who you get. Always good at the other one Australia Metro side by Gong Cha.

The wait is too long, only one service person on Sunday. And because of the hot business, sanitising machines have long been ceased using.

I always take my son to get his haircut here as his hair tends to grow back quickly. They're cheap and quick, and the quality is quite decent. I have to say I'm very surprised at the low rating and if this puts you off, try it for yourself at least once.

Just had my 3 year old son hair cut done today at 9:30AM. We were the 1st customer of the day. Hairdresser didn't want me to put my son on the lap even though I asked. She wanted my son alone on the high chair which didn't help as my son has been always anxious getting his hair done. The female asian looking hairdresser started cutting his hair without even combing it. She was in a hurry and wasn't careful. No reassurance to the child. Don't get why she was in a hurry when there was only 1 other customer in the shop. Took her only about 2 minutes and decided not to continue to cut as my son was starting to get upset. She didn't even allow me to reassure and settle him and just decided to stop and said I can't cut his hair. No apology given, no refund given. Left my son's hair looking terrible as it was unfinished. Never coming back to this place. Terrible custumer service!!!! Stay away!!!

Arrived at 3.15pm when closing at 4pm and they were not accepting more customers. 45min to clean the store apparently. wouldn't even do 10min men's cut.
