Had my hair cut done there 3 times in the last 4 months,first 2 were $16 but today I nearly fell backwards,they charged me $27 and was only a number 5 all over ud83eudd72ud83eudd72nnhey I read your message,it's OK just leave it for my next cut or my boys next cut and deduct it from that one,all good x

I had a 3 o'clock booking for a haircut, when I arrived the girl that was assigned to cut my hair became angry and annoyed that she had to cut my hair, her behaviour was appalling, she embarrassed herself and everyone around in the store, I ended up leaving refusing the haircut, I'm not about to sit in the chair and let an angry woman cut my hair.nI went across the road to the barber which is there other shop and was treated wonderfully,nAnd given a discount and many apologies by the owner for the other girls behaviour.nID like to thank the owner for her quick response.nAnd ask the young girl to take a deep breath.

Placed an order over 2 weeks ago with Serene Styles. I ordered a pair of Wahl clippers that were in stock online. Money was taken from my account upon the purchase. 2 weeks later after wondering what was taking so long with no emails or signs of contact i had to personally track down a number online and get through to a Salon where a callback aas arranged as the relevant people werent in. The Clippers werent in stock, it was going to be another 2-3 weeks on top of the 2 weeks i had already waited and here i am calling them to find this out??! They were not prepared to offer anything as a goodwill gesture for the timely inconvenience caused and had to choice but to cancel. Awful!
