Well I've never walked into a travel agent and been talked out of a holiday before but that's what happened. I wanted to book a holiday to Tasmania despite the travel restrictions not opening until end of October. The first girl was friendly but the blond girl in the corner of the counter took over and basically said 'come back then', didn't want me to book and gave me every reason not to. Never going back there again. Glenelg Travel booked us no problem

Well Mr Hoffman, I wanted to publicly relay the debacle of my experience with your company. Trip of a lifetime booked and paid for ($15,000 odd) by October 2019..airfares paid 29/11/19, out of Victor Harbor agency) Travel to be September 2020 Then Covid....from there on, office was closed, staff worked from home, 1-2 days a week and communication was minimal. Only by luck one day when I found the agency open, did a chat produce some facts that money had been paid on to Holidays on Location and it was a 'hands in the air, we don't have your money' approach...not our fault etc etc. When challenged about the fact that PHT makes representation on their behalf and as such has a responsibility to work diligently to get our refund...I was and still am met with tepid emails (3 changes of staff thus far) saying absolutely 0 facts...just waffle and platitudes, introducing themselves and stating their work schedule. I would expect you to have some clout with your 'premium supplier''. I await communication...and some effort...we have been devastated by this not to mention the financial strain it has placed us in.

Horrendous experience. the fine print in their contracts really are in fine print. Don't believe the "go with our insurance and you'll get back 75% minimum. well that is the maximum after all the fees and insurances plus excesses are taken into account making it closer to 50%. They also take 10% of you fees to hold you to ransom so that you have to book your next rip with the same group. I will not be returning to use their services as good companies don't hold customers to ransom they earn return business through good relations.

A very interesting morning. Staff & Sky deck was a wonderful experience. Enjoyed the 1st seminar to the time we left, the speakers to all staff, were friendly and professional. With this we have booked a very exciting cruise to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. You have been hirely recommended. Very happy customers. Emma was very helpful. Regards Lyn ñ Pete
