My partner and I both got haircuts and they are the worst cuts we have ever got. My partners hair is twice as long one one side compared to the other with other parts not cut at all. I have had to fix it. We both have curly hair and any hairdresser should know hair is cut and dried differently to straight hair. I got a shampoo, conditioner and cut and My hair is not cut straight and the hair dresser didn't use a diffuser to blow dry. It turned into a frizzy mess that I had to wash when I got home. We made an appointment too and treated like sheep. Hairdressers didn't even make conversation with us, just talked to each other. Never going back here

So very grateful for Claudene and Cindy.. had the worst haircut of my life at another salon after waiting 2yrs to grow out layers in order to get the style I wanted. My hair was hacked, uneven and already shorter than what I had wanted but Cindy and Claudene were amazing. They were empathetic and reassuring and managed to turn the disaster around. I paid less than half what the original cut cost, and they turned my hair from looking like it had been run over by a lawnmower into a lovely style that I am so happy with. They have even managed to style it so that as it grows it will be very similar to what I wanted originally. The skill of these ladies is second to none, but what really sets them apart is that they genuinely care about what you want, not what they like, what is the current style, how much time they have, whether the style you want is interesting enough etc. They ask you what you would like done and work with you to achieve the style you want. They are very approachable and easy to work with. They listen to what you want in the first place, but if you want to change something or don't like the direction the style is going they don't get offended, they keep working with you until you get the results you want. They have an extensive knowledge base to give good advice from and aren't willing to destroy your hair just to charge a high price. When it comes to colour and creativity, Cindy is phenomenal and has such an eye for detail, but also takes the time to work out what is going to best suit each client and their lifestyle.
