I had 1/2 head foils completed just under 3 weeks ago. While difficult to tell with the lighting in the studio , I noticed that the foils were not brought close enough to the root and my regrowth is now close to what it normally is after 8 weeks time. Unfortunately I will need to get them re-done once again in the very near future.nUPDATEnRobyn kindly offered to redo my foils, even though I wasn’t able to make it back to the salon for weeks after my initial appnt, given I’m not from the area. She has done a great job and I’m very grateful for the time and energy she put into this

Went in to get my hair trimmed. Hairdresser used blades to thin it which has caused my hair to be frizzy on the ends instead of a clean cut. Left thinking I could style this with my brush and hairdryernMy style has completely gone with my hair being completely uneven and not blending at all. Very lazy techniques instead of using scissors to blend and contour the cut. Worst haircut I have ever had in my life. I chose them because of their 5 star review. Very disappointed. Now I need someone to tidy it up.
