Cozy Thai Massage & Waxing

Massage today was my first time. Firstly i was told eftpos machine wasn't working and asked to go get cash. Once I refused the eftpos machine was suddenly alive again. Therapist clearly had very little experience or qualifications. And then I paid for 45 minutes and was given roughly 35 minutes of poor quality massage. Do not bother!

This had the potential to be a really great experience, but there were a few let downs, unfortunately:nn-Was never asked what sort of massage, what pressure, or what areas if like to focus on.n-Paid for 2x1hour but my massage was 45mins and my partner's was 50minsn-Was never asked to turn over, so only the posterior(back) half of my body was massagedn-Feet were not wiped at the start, only later on, and then the same towel was used for the rest of my body after it had been used on my feetnnThe back, hamstring and calf massage was really good, and I would have loved to have given 5 stars, but was too disappointed with the points mentioned above

Easily the most relaxing massage I have ever had... I had been having trouble sleeping for months, but after just one hour appointment, the girls at Cozy had me feeling so much better I went home and slept like a baby. Really good central location, and the shop is very clean and fresh. Highly recommend.
