Brisbane Headshots

I had the pleasure of a recent photography session at Brisbane Headshots, where I was made to feel completely at ease. Leading up to the appointment all questions I could think of prior to the appointment were answered in their information packs but they never shied away from being contacted at any time, and there is the right amount of reminders leading up to the appointment that ensures your preparedness but doesn't 'spam' your inbox. I arrived way too early but was still greeted by Rhiannon who made sure all of my things arrived safely into the studio and offered me hot/cold beverages while Paul finished up some quick activities before commencing preparations for the shoot. I consider myself introverted and difficult to photograph but Paul has an innate ability to put you completely at ease and bring out the star quality in anyone, so I was pleasantly surprised with how the photographs turned out. Rhiannon applies a conservative amount of makeup for men to remove any sheen while Paul can do a quick style of your hair and help choose combinations of suits and shirts that will show up the best in the photos and achieve the look you are aiming for (clothing to be mostly provided by yourself but can assist in a small way if you are missing minor items - pocket squares for example). From there he knows the best angles, backdrops and poses that will bring out the best in anyone, and is a super interesting dude to chat to anyway! I opted for the package including 3 different photoshoot styles with a couple of different poses in each style and would count the number of photos Paul took per style to be close to 100 each, in which Paul and his team will then review and shortlist, before permitting a few touch-ups on the photos you select from the shortlist. The price is extremely affordable even without taking any of this into consideration and only gets cheaper as your requirements diminish, so I would always recommend going the 'whole hog' in the best interests of yourself and outcome of the photoshoot experience you are seeking. I will be returning to use them again in the near future! Thanks Paul and Rhiannon and look forward to working with yourselves and your team again shortly!
