I was informed that I would not be getting my deposit back as I had cancelled to close to the wedding (2days) I was not allowed to have my wedding to to the covid restrictions coming in that day. I then recieved am email saying half of the deposit would be returned. After a couple of days I called them and her words were sorry that was not meant to go to you that was for the other groups for later in the year who gave more notice. I was legally not allowed my wedding and she said she had to look after her girls. In the end I only received half of my deposit back for a service they were also not allowed to provide. I found the way they handled the situation extremelly unprofessional and will not be using them for my wedding and anyone who asks how I went with all my postponement I let them know about The Powder Room expirence. For her to keep a $100 they lost a $800 sale.

Just had my hair and make up trial for my up coming wedding in July. To say that I’m impressed would be an understatement. They have turned this old duck into a swan. I am so so happy there are no words. Do yourself a favour ladies and put yourself in these expert hands. You won’t be disappointed.

This lady has tried to rip us off by returning half of the deposit because our wedding is canceled due to COVID 19. She also tried using the terms in her contract to not return the deposit. This is unfair because the wedding is canceled for reasons that are out of our control and now she is trying to take money for services that she didn’t even provide. Thank you for being fair and understanding of people’s situation

Absolutely wonderful! From the moment I booked these guys were so lovely to work with. My trials went smoothly, my stylists (Kaliope and Sarah) were amazing and everything ran smoothly on the day! Highly recommend this company to any brides to be!
