Worst experience at a barbershop I’ve ever had, and worst shave to date.nFelt like I was getting my skin scraped off rather than my hair shaved off. My neck looks like a massacre hours later. Front and back has scratch marks. The lady with the brown hair had zero interest in being there, nor did she have interest in the customers needs. Not one to normally right reviews but it was terrible customer service. Retrain or give her the flick please.

I've been getting my hair cut here for the better part of a decade. Neil and any of the barbers they have had have always been great at what they do and extremely courteous and professional ✌ufe0fnHighly recommend.

I have always gone here. It's so good to just walk in and get a no fuss haircut. The feeling of walking out knowing they've done a good job and you are looking great for a good price is getting rarer and rarer these days. Well done guys!

Had my second haircut there today, good cuts on both occasions however today the lady who cut my hair wasn't very friendly at all. She didn't say hello or how I was (I asked both and got one-word responses) - this is customer service 101. I could hardly hear her and didn't really show any interest in cutting my hair whatsoever. I didn't catch her name but it was an Asian lady. The guy next to me had a very happy hairdresser. I generally don't like to talk during a haircut so I don't mind a quiet hairdresser but the lady today made me feel very unwelcome and like a burden. She also immediately reused tools from the previous gentleman without washing/disinfecting. The other hairdresser did all this AND wiped down the chair and washed her hands after each customer. 3 stars as previous experience was good and got good haircuts both times, just very poor customer engagement today. I'm sure this is generally a very good business with the exception of this one person. I do expect more especially considering haircuts on weekends are nearly $40.
