Ben Messina Landscapes Gallery Maleny

My family and I walked in to the gallery (could not identify staff from other customers) and were laughted at when I asked someone a question. Whom as it turned out was not employed there. The stuff continued to laugh at my mistake and comment and poke fun at my expense. This is why we purchased a significant number of prints and other original images from another artist for the use in my father inlaws resort in Rockhampton. We will never step foot in your gallery again and will direct our staff, friends , family and business associates to avoid your business as well.

Stopped in by chance after brunch in the Maleny main street. Fell in love with Ben's artwork and I am not necessarily a fan of landscape photography. The pieces caught my eye and the stories behind each captured my imagination. Ben is meticulous with his subject and honest in his appraisal of how and when 'the moment' arrives. His art bears the serendipity that only favours the dedicated planner. I was fortunate to meet Ben in his gallery on the day. He is very approachable and down to earth. Artists like Ben deserve to be supported. I left with a book but hope to return many times in future to purchase individual pieces.

Incredible photography and neatly styled gallery, but the lady that was working there today was really rude. It put me off buying something. When I asked a simple question she made me feel stupid and acted very superior and condescending. I am visiting from Germany and have found Australians to be very friendly and helpful but this was an exception.
