Shocked! Went for my appointment recently, was told to take a seat it wouldnt be long. Then was told that my hairdresser has left. No one called me to let me know before attending the appointment which I found confronting. When I asked why I wasnt phone ahead of time to be informed I was told it wasnt their place to tell me ?? But they were telling me once I arrived?? I chose to stay & have the colour put on & sadly witnessed complete unprofessionalism in regards to how a staff member spoke about the hairdresser that had left- it was nothing short of disgusting! Discussing the hairdressers personal life to other clients was totally unprofessional. I felt sick being able to hear what was being said (it was being said loud enough to be heard through the salon). If a staff member leaves on bad terms it doesnt give the staff the right to talk about that persons personal life devulging their personal information. Be professional & keep those kinds of comments to yourself. I was so uncomfortable in that kind of environment that I wont be back. Having your hair done is suppose to be relaxing & enjoyable not uncomfortable & upsetting as it was the other day.

Love going to visit the girls here. Always very friendly and professional, love the products they use and their advice re styles and colour. I have been going here for years I can highly recommend the team. Love your work Lizzie!

The stylists are all so friendly, warm and attentive and make you feel so comfortable and welcome. My stylist, Lizzie, always has a beautiful smile on her face and makes me feel that little extra 'special' while in her care and hands. She is passionate about hair and styling and does a remarkable job. It's not often that you'll be given a big, warm, generous hug after your appointment and feel your spirits lifted after a hair appointment, not only because of how you look, but how you feel inside. Lovely friendly ladies, always happy with my cut and colour. Lovely coffee while you wait for your colour to set. Have my nails and brows done with Andrea who had a room in the salon.
