This company has absolutely no customer service skills. The lady in the office has been consistently rude to say the least. This bus service has no problems driving our kids home through a severe hail storm yet cancelled it's services because it rained here in Beaudesert. No roads where flooded here nor was it to heavy to drive in. VERY inconvenient when my car is being repaired. I will and would avoid using this company at all costs. If i could leave a zero star review I would.
