After giving it a day (and natural lighting) to settle into my new colour, I'm coming back with a raving review on not just the colour job but also the customer service provided by not just one but all the girls within Becky B Hair North Lakes. They are a welcoming bunch that can make even the most socially awkward person more comfortable. I was made part of the discussion revolving around what I wanted to do with my hair and given more viable options that in the end worked better for me than the initial colour that I had in mind. All the ladies there are a wonderful, friendly, know how to crack a joke but keep the customer happy with their quick and on the fly humour but deep knowledge about hair and what will work with the customer. I will be back ladies, thanks so much for the great experience!

To the wonderful Becky and her teamnnI would like to acknowledge the outstanding job Becky and her team have done to make me feel beautiful again. Becky you went above and beyond with my expectations.nnMy last minute phone call in tears because my hair had just been butchered by another hair studio. I needed help, I was so stressed and upset.nnWhen I walked into the salon you greeted me by name and looked at me with empathy, and told me you would look after me and fix my hair for me.nnAfter me sitting there waiting for you and the girls to get my extensions coloured and ready to put in, I started to feel a lot more relaxed. The silly and playful banter you have with your team really shows how well you all work together as a team.nnIt’s people like you and your Team that help a person like me feel normal again.nnToday your work is definitely appreciated, what can I say..... words just don’t do justice for what your girls did for me today!nnTHANK YOU

Had a fantastic experience today. First time having extensions done and the girls were wonderful. Colour matched perfectly and the staff were happy to answer my questions about care and maintenance. Will definitely be back.

Went in for hair style and colour. Style well questionable, colour didn't happen. They did the roots a deep red which I wanted all over and went I went back after a complaint, she said I only asked for roots. Why would I have deep red roots and light colour over rest of my hair, why would the girl drying it say what a lovely colour. It looked OK wet and in the dark, but once dry and sunlight it looked terrible.nFor the cost of nearly $200 it was a rip off.

The ladies who work here are always super positive and supportive, they have great ideas if you're feeling like a change and its just a really welcoming and happy environment. Love this salon!
