Place has gone to the dogs. I was a customer here for 5 years, the girls were always so accommodating and professional. Went downhill when it was sold by the franchisee back to Brazilian Beauty. All the awesome technicians left which I’m assuming was because of the new management. Tried to ring the salon numerous times to organise an appt but nobody would return my call or texts. Made a complaint to the manager who didn’t seem to care. Then had the worse wax I’ve ever had in my entire. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.
