Optima Car Detailing

Last two cleans we have had there we booked in, to get there and it be a stuff up or so many cars but they say they will still do it. Then it’s a rushed job dirt and dust left everywhere, not good job at all. Last clean waited two hours to get back to the car and it still be so dirty inside looks like they just washed the mats and that’s all. We will not be returning very disappointed.

Very happy with the Detailing job done on our Colorado :)

Took my bosses van into get outside washed and inside Vacume and interior cleaned. Paid $110 and vacuuming was bad there were still rubbish in doors and interior not wiped at all. But what was worse there is a chunk of paint missing from the bonnet the owner said it was there before I dropped it off. Refused to help rectify.

The car was still dirty after they had finished. I had to polish it myself. They were not prepared to fix issue.

They do a great job on my car each time! Even get some of the small scratches out when I ask for a Polish. They're great at full detailing.
