Went on to there website said it was in stock so I walk down to buy the HP wireless mouse but got told it wasn't there and only on the website. So I asked if they had the mouse pad yet again only on the website so they offer this gaming mouse pad I got it because I needed a mouse pad and I am a kid so I didn't know better. Went home and told my grandparents and they tried to get a refund but they were closed and on the website it said 9 am till 5 pm and it was about 12:30. I am a bit said but that's what happens in life.

Was recommended to take my ipad here by my friend Kerry to get the broken glass replaced, I spoke with Chris the owner in person on the day, who said he didn't have a glass in stock but would order it in and it will take two days. Went back early the following week but no glass, apparently they 'missed' getting it in the order the previous week. Ok,..ran with this, then called a week later as I had heard nothing about the glass and spoke with a guy there over the phone, he told me he has my number and will call me when it is in - I thought that was funny as, how would he know who i was when he didn't bother to ask my name??? Getting onto almost 4 weeks later, I called again and got Dillon on the phone on the Saturday morning, he text Chris to call me. Never got the call, so phoned once again 4 days later and spoke again with Dillon, who was surprised to hear Chris never bothered to call me. Across Technology at Mount Evelyn, who supplies Chris was suggested to me, I got immediate superb service from Tony there! He understands customer service Chris, and is happy to take on new business and happily matched your price to replace my glass after chatting to him. I now recommend to my friends to go to Across Technology!

I would never go here again. The level of expertise is very low and the quality of product they recommend and supply is terrible. I have many computers but only one dud... the one from this shop. It was my most expensive computer as well. A bad experience all round. No after sales help either.nnFOOTNOTE: Chris from Technology2You contacted me and said he regretted my experience at his store. He says if he had realised what i was going through with my computer he would have done more to resolve the issues I was having. I sent the computer back once and it was returned to me and the issue returned after a few days. I am partly to blame as I moved out of the area and didnt want to travel long distances to have my problems solved. Chris seems sincere and perhaps deserves another chance........
