Braybrook Post office

Why do you advertise open until 5.30pm if you just sent me away from your store while I knocked on a closed door at 5.03pm? You then told me to come back between 9-5 when you could have accessed my parcel and your hours are stated 9-5.30 extremely disappointed as I thought I had a great rapport with my local post office however clearly not due to the treatment I received today. Will be looking into changing post offices

I have received excellent customer service and treatment at this pharmacy.nThe owner is very knowledgeable about products and medications. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Extremely poor service to loyal customers who actually cared about their organisation
