Australia Post - Tottenham Central LPO

The guy working here rejected my question about online declaration forms when I was starting my online business. Gave me his own forms instead and then later found out they werent valid, the guy then blamed ME for his own mistake, was really frustrated when I had 10 orders sent back to me and had to resend them with my own money(costing me $200+ because I still had to pay postage with the shady forms, in loss) . I sadly didnt say anythin bout it at the time cos I wanted to be patient and polite. but now I wish I did stand my ground so Im posting it here.nn*If youre ever looking to ship stuff overseas, use the online AusPost Business website. DO not take any physical writing declaration form from your local post office.nn[Also this guy has a very unprofessional attitude, I cant help but now worry that something else is going to happen to my future orders, will be trying a diff post office instead now]

The worst customer service I've ever encountered. The man there seems to hate his customers, no matter what they come in for.

Terrible customer service. I wouldnt even rate it at 1 star. The previously owner was fantastic. The new owners are very rude and aggressively abrupt. Very disappointing. I actually dread going to the post office.
