Been using Tony at Australia Post for the last 12 months for my small business. Excellent service and never had an issue, sometimes when I get there just on 5:30pm as he's closing, he will quickly process my parcel - good customer service.

Extremely rude owner or person who runs the post office. Very poor customer service and communication skills. Speaks in a very loud voice, and highly inappropriate, not to mention very unhelpful to his customers with any query or questions, I would not recommend using this post office for any services. The central west and west footscray post offices staff, quality and quantity of store stock are far superior. Do not waste your time here.
