Australia Post - Altona East LPO

The Gentleman behind the counter is a lovely person who greets me with a hello everytime i go in. He has seen me coming after the door is shut and always lets me in to collect my parcel. I can call the shop and ask if my parcels are there and he is always eager to help. Customer service is barely existent now days so i would commend this man with a Hello and a Thank you.

Slow service. This old guy needs an assistant. The place is falling apart, dirty and stinks

Tony is very nice and always happy to serve. Most the times he waits after hours for me to pick up my parcel. He always try to help.

I see lot of bad reviews but personally I have had decent experience on most occasions. The gentleman always greets and yes, he may not be the fastest and sometimes you have to wait for 15 mins when it should just take under 5 mins. Sometimes he has trouble locating packages and takes a bit of time. I only go there to pick up parcels but never go there to post any.nnI hope he gets some help
