Terrible service, especially the manager. She doesn't know what she is doing with unfriendly service.

Horrible customer service, the two women at the counter have absolutely no people skills and are extremely rude. I’d happily never step foot in there again if the delivery staff would actually leave my packages at my front door step like I have requested.

I have been coming to this post office since I moved here a year and a half ago and every single time I have come in, there have been the unfriendliest staff there. Especially this middle aged woman with glasses and dark brown hair, it looks as if she hates her job and lets her frustration out on the customers!! She is extremely rude and has no patience for anyone. Choose another career then hun, this is customer service. More staff is needed too as there is always a line even during non-peak times. Ridiculous.

Very rude & poor customer service!! Especially during the Covid times when you simply ask politely “where’s the nearest Officeworks around this area?” A staff would say “Are you serious! Do you think they’re open for you to shop!”. Such a bad manner & unprofessional. I think you don’t deserve to work at the front customer service counter. Best advice for you to stay home & get no paycheck! ud83dudc4e
