Had parcel from other country. Didn't get email, text etc. Had less than 24 hours notice before returning to sender. Mail man sent back to sender, who didn't receive. Lost in mail man's pocket. :( Rang 13 13 18 and the automated voice new my phone # the tracking # and senders name. Even when attending the Vietnam store out west make me feel like fleeing to another place. Also had a bank card stole from this outlet.
If i could provide a zero i would. This place looks like a dump along with unprofessional staff and very poor service. Also what kind of post office doesn't even have pre paid parcel boxes or satchel bags. The shelves are half empty and pilled with unsorted plain trash bags.
Yes - the reviews are right. Each and every occasion I see my parcel is processed at Sunshine West my shoulders drop, my eyes loop up towards the Heavens and I let out a heavy sigh . It's like waiting for Godot....nPerhaps they are teaching us the old fashioned art of patience.
Another week another delay, this time 5 days late on an express post. Maybe focus more on improving your delivery times instead of handing out Cartier watches to your family and friends. AusPost is a joke
I will never purchase anything if it has to pass through the sunshine west facility ever again.It seems they are accountable to nobody. Even registered parcels disappear into black holes. Third world quality service. A FULL REVIEW OF THIS FACILITY IS WELL OVERDUE.
